What a GREAT location ! We loved taking the FREE trolley while we stayed at Runaway Bay 182. This unit was within Walking distance to the beach and my kids loved fishing on the dock on the bay. We'll be back for sure !

We stayed in RB264 and totally enjoyed our stay! PERFECT location and close to the beach. The staff a Wagner Realty was very professional and I will definitely book with them again in the near future.

Best resort and location for family vacation in the area. Easy access to the beach, free trolley outside and just a step from many restaurants and club. The resort is very update and the pool is very well maintained, cleaned and big. I was stay in 192 the condo was recently update and is located in bay view. Very suggested. I will come back soon.

We stayed for the month of November 2015 at Runaway Bay, 182. Runaway Bay is in a beautiful location. The condo is outfitted with many amenities. The complex has a free shuttle that goes the length of the island which makes dining, evening entertainment, beaches, and shopping VERY easy. The price was lower than anything else we found on the island (2 bed/2 bath). We will be back.

We had the privilege of staying at Runaway Bay for a week and boy was it great! Although I do not recall what unit we stayed in, there were two bedrooms, a living room, dining area, kitchen, two bathrooms, washer and dryer. Dishes, bedding, everything we could need was supplied for us - including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, noodles, and a cooler! Definitely a no-worries kind of place. Everything was decorated very nicely and we really had everything! We were more than relaxed staying at Runaway Bay (and boy did we all need a week of relaxation). Everything was clean and the pool was one of my favorite parts, not too mention the close proximity to the beach, too. No glass at the pool but food and drink is allowed! When it was just a bit too hot to stay at the pool, we ventured down to the beach. Runaway Bay is located on Anna Maria Island and in close proximity to several restaurants, bars, shops, etc. A great location and if you don't feel like walking you can always take the monkey bus!!! All in all, I'm so thankful to the owners at Runaway Bay and everyone that made the trip so relaxing!!! We met some very cool people and I hope I have the opportunity to come again :)

Location is excellent with easy access to Gulf or Bay. Beds extremely comfortable and layout of condo was great for a family of 4. We could not believe our eyes but there is exquisite artwork throughout the unit and even a Picasso in the bathroom! Washer and dryer worked well We would not hesitate to stay here again! A big thanks to the owners for a great vacation experience

The unit is well appointed and very comfortable. The only drawback was the cooling system is located in the living/dining area and was fairly noisy (made watching t.v. difficult when it was on), beyond that it was a perfect place to stay. For those who are interested in beach/pool time, as long as you have you sunscreen and big floppy hat, everything else is already there! (Including a beach umbrella!) the view off the patio is lovely and it's a very conveniently located complex - there is a stellar Indian restaurant within easy walking distance and tons of beaches and piers nearby..

Unit was very nicely equipped, with all the comforts. Husband loved the HDTV! Pool was nice. Great location -- free island trolley stopped right out front, and beach access was right across the street.
